At Patio Air, we provide a clear and consistent shipping experience. This policy explains how we ship orders placed on patioair.com.

About Patio Air: Patio Air is an independent online retailer operated by Patio Air LLC. We curate and source a range of outdoor living, patio, backyard, and lifestyle products—including pergolas, gazebos, fire features, outdoor furniture, and related solutions—from trusted suppliers and manufacturers. Patio Air is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands featured unless explicitly stated. This is a Direct from Manufacturer to Consumer program — shipping and delivery are serviced by the manufacturer or supplier directly. Product details have been supplied by the manufacturer and may be hosted by a third party.

2. Shipping Destinations

United States

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery

3. Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $100: Free standard shipping on eligible orders over $100 (before tax, after discounts) shipped within the United States
  • Orders under $100: $60 flat-rate standard shipping within the United States

Shipping charges (including the $60 flat-rate fee for orders under $100) are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees from us. Local taxes at checkout still apply when required by law.

Some oversized, freight, or special-order items may have additional shipping requirements or exclusions that will be disclosed on the product page or at checkout.

4. Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

Processing time: Once an order is confirmed, it is typically processed and handed off to the fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days.

Transit time: After shipment, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on destination and carrier.

Total estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days from the date of order placement under normal conditions. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

If an item requires additional handling time, the product page will display a note that overrides the general timeline above.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders ship via trusted national carriers. We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services based on destination and package size. As part of our Direct from Manufacturer to Consumer program, orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by the manufacturer or supplier on behalf of Patio Air.

Shipment Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Insurance

Shipments may be insured against loss or damage depending on the carrier and shipment type. Contact us if there is an issue.

6. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow the delivery.

7. Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your delivery exceeds the estimated delivery window, email us at info@patioair.com or call 1-458-218-7869.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • Confirm your shipping address on your order confirmation
  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact us so we can assist with a carrier trace

Damaged Packages

Many of our products (pergolas, gazebos, fire tables, and similar large freight items) require partial assembly or unpacking before all components can be inspected. We strongly recommend a thorough inspection of all parts within the reporting window.

  • Photograph the packaging and the item before and during unpacking
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@patioair.com or 1-458-218-7869
  • Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Damage reported after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a claim.

8. Missing Items

If something is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the item details. We will send the missing item or issue a refund, as appropriate.

9. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Certain items may not be returnable. See our full Return and Refund Policy for details.

  • Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or not as described. Returns may be directed to the originating manufacturer or supplier warehouse.
  • Damage/defect reporting window: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Restocking fee: Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund total.
  • Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval (see Return and Refund Policy).

10. Address Accuracy

Please enter your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly.

If a package returns to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment and any applicable reship fees.
